Consultation on Systemic Challenges in Provincial Court Operations
The Law Society has been invited by the provincial government to provide written submissions addressing:
- The root causes of the current challenges experienced by the Provincial Court; and
- The possible solutions that might be effective in the:
– short term;
– medium term; and
– long term.
The Law Society is seeking members’ input by 28 February 2026. Responses should be provided via email to Erin Rowe at erowe@lsnl.ca.
