The Notice to Profession and the General Public dated March 26, 2020 remains in effect with modification.
The Court of Appeal has notified parties with Appeals scheduled for May and June, 2020 that the Court is prepared to hear these Appeals by video conference technology.
The Court of Appeal continues to hear applications in writing (Form 20) or by teleconference or videoconference.
Document filing continues as previously outlined in the March 26, 2020 Notice to the Profession and General Public.
There is no date scheduled for a return to in person hearings at this time.
