As a result of recent flooding at the Newfoundland and Labrador Court of Appeal building at 287 Duckworth Street, the Registry will only be accessible by telephone (709-729-0066) and via email (coaregistry@appeal.court.nl.ca) and will not be available for in-person deliveries.

Documents and materials intended for the Court can be temporarily dropped off at a Court of Appeal dropbox located at the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, General Division (309 Duckworth Street).

All matters scheduled to be heard in the Court of Appeal will be heard in a courtroom at the Supreme Court, General Division, until further notice. The Registry will contact parties with matters scheduled in October and November with further details.
