Please be advised that all initial applications for, amendments to, or cancellations of Professional Law Corporation (PLC) licences are due on or before 6 December 2024, in order to allow for the review and final processing of these applications before Christmas break. Applications received after 6 December may not be processed until the New Year.

Form 11.03A Application for Licence as a Professional Law Corporation can be found here.  Please read carefully the Instructions for Completion.

Form  11.03B, Certified Statement of Disclosure can be found here. Please forward to the Law Society, this completed form, the fee and any required supporting documentation for amendments to your PLC.

Form 11.07, PLC Application for Cancellation of Licence can be found here. Please forward to the Law Society this completed form and required supporting documentation as identified in section 2, should you wish to cancel your PLC.
