As a Crown Prosecutor, you will help deliver justice through fair, ethical and effective prosecutions. Public Prosecutions prosecutes those charged under the Criminal Code, Youth Criminal Justice Act and some provincial and federal statutes. Public Prosecutions assists in promoting safe communities through the just conclusion of criminal charges.

In this role, we are seeking someone who:

You must:

• Be a qualified lawyer.
• Be eligible for membership and maintain membership in good standing with the Law Society of Saskatchewan.
• Hold a valid Class 5 driver’s licence and be able to travel regularly to court locations by vehicle and, occasionally, by air.
• Demonstrate strong advocacy, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Be able to manage complex and sensitive legal matters in a fast-paced.
