This online CLE session presented by the Advocates’ Society will offer practical information and updates about evidence that every litigator, irrespective of practice area, needs to know. Esteemed members of the Bench and Bar will provide key insights on how to effectively obtain, use and admit evidence at trial.

This is part one of a two part series and registrants will have access to a three hour live webcast recording of the plenary session for 30 days.

The remote workshop is your chance to practice working with exhibits and delivering submissions to impeach a witness in a supportive environment. You will get practical, individualized feedback from our trained instructors. You will also learn from your peers as you work through the interactive exercises in small groups. Please note that the workshop requires advance preparation based on a mock case file, which will be provided to you in advance of the workshop.
