As part of a review of the procedures used by the Provincial Court in issuing search warrants, you are invited to provide input on your experiences with the process.

The review seeks to identify any difficulties or concerns, as well as suggestions for improving the process. Feedback is also welcome regarding any challenges in accessing a search warrant or the related information through a court registry after the warrant has been issued and executed.
