We are organizing orientation sessions for summer students and new members at the Law Library. Whether you prefer an in-person tour or a virtual session via Zoom, both options are available. For those attending in-person sessions, please note that the tour covers both floors of the Law Library, with an elevator available for anyone requiring accommodation.

To schedule your orientation, kindly provide the following details to Jenny Thornhill, Law Librarian, at jthornhill@lsnl.ca:

• Firm Name
• Name of Each Student/New Member (Include email and year at law school/Call to Bar)
• Total Number of Attendees

Session Timings

• 9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
• 11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
• 3:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

If none of these times suit your schedule, please reach out to Jenny Thornhill to explore alternative arrangements. Virtual tours are available upon request for those unable to attend in person. Students attending the Bar Course orientations this summer will receive library orientation as part of that program.

Once your appointment is confirmed, please ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes early to start on time.
