By Order of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador dated Thursday, 10 March 2022, the law practice of the late Jamie Smith, QC was placed under the control of a Custodian, Lori Chafe, who is the Director of Professional Responsibility with the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
