The Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and Provincial Court acknowledges with regret, the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Canada’s longest reigning sovereign on behalf of all Judges of the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador.
