Form 5.06B – Non-Trust Declaration pursuant to Pursuant to Rule 5.06(6) of Uniform Trust Account Rules
Form 5.06B has been amended to streamline the reporting process for members.
Form 5.06B is required to be completed and filed by Law Society members who do not manage trust money or trust property for Newfoundland and Labrador clients.
Form 5.06B is due on January 31, 2019.
