We have been asked by the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, Trial Division to circulate the following information regarding Practice Notes.

The Practice Notes do not prescribe new practice. One Practice Note repeals a number of Practice Notes that are no longer necessary and the other Practice Note is a reissue of a prior Practice Note with references to the family rules removed, as the rules referred to are no longer in force.
