Prosecution of Animal Abuse Conference
The National Centre for the Prosecution of Animal Cruelty (NCPAC), created by Humane Canada, will hold its seventh annual Prosecution of Animal Abuse Conference online on Saturday, November 6, 2021, from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST). Crown Prosecutors and allied professionals from across the country will be in attendance to share information and resources about animal cruelty and the Violence Link (the relationship between animal abuse and human abuse) to ensure crimes against animals are prosecuted effectively and efficiently. You can learn more about the conference and register at the Humane Canada website. Prosecutors and students who are currently articling in Crown/Prosecution offices qualify for FREE registration (limited amount, first come, first served). Allied professionals, such as lawyers, can register for $95. |
