NOTICE TO THE PROFESSION AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC
ST. JOHN’S PROVINCIAL COURT

ISSUED: OCTOBER 3, 2025

To improve the efficiency of Court operations and docket management, St. John’s Provincial Court is implementing a Case Management Court. Effective November 13, 2025, and every Thursday thereafter, all indictable matters, including but not limited to, aggravated assault, robbery, CDSA, attempted murder, manslaughter, murder and all sexual offences, will be scheduled through this Court, with the first sitting date scheduled on November 13, 2025, in Courtroom #5.

Matters will be scheduled into this Court after first appearance.
