NOTICE TO THE PROFESSION AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC

Further to the Notice to the Profession and the General Public issued on 28 November 2025, the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador continues to closely monitor Court operations and make adjustments as necessary.

CIVIL HEARINGS FOR ST. JOHN’S, GRAND FALLS-WINDSOR, AND STEPHENVILLE PROVINCIAL COURT
Settlement Conferences, Payment Hearings and Pre-trial Applications have resumed in St. John’s, Grand Falls-Windsor and Stephenville Provincial Courts. Registries in these Court centres remain open and continue to accept all filings, in-person and online. Parties will be contacted by the Court regarding your next Court date.

UPDATES
Court operations will be monitored to ensure optimal service during these challenging times. The Provincial Court online docket will be updated, when cases are rescheduled, here. Please check the docket prior to attending Court to confirm your appearance date.
