Please be advised that Stephenville Provincial Court is closed to the public today due to unavailability of Sheriff’s Officers. The Court will operate virtually today scheduled cases. Stakeholders are permitted in the building. Jennifer Dawson, Court Officer II in Stephenville, will be reaching out to local stakeholders to advise. A Zoom teleconference number will be provided so accused can connect via telephone.

Also note that due to frozen pipes, Happy Valley-Goose Bay Provincial Court is closed for the morning with an update at 11:30 am.

Finally, Clarenville, Gander and GFW Provincial Court centres are closed for the morning with an update at 11:00 am.
