We have been asked by the Department of Finance to circulate a notice regarding an Online Tax Clearance System. This system will be implemented over the coming months for use by all law firms in the province to request tax clearance certificates.

Each law firm will require a user account to access and utilize the Tax Clearance Online System. An official of the department will be contacting law firms on an individual basis to establish these user accounts.
