Reminder – Compulsory CLE

Further to our email of December 20, 2019, we write to remind you that Benchers have designated the webinar relating to the amendments to the Client Identification and Verification Requirements, Cash Transactions and Record Keeping Requirements and Uniform Trust Account Rules as compulsory in accordance with Law Society Rule 6.19, meaning that all members must review the webinar on or before 31 December 2020. The webinar qualifies for 2.5 hours of CLE credit. We have included a link to the webinar below:
