Form 5.06A Members’ Annual Trust Account Report

Form 5 06A is due on Monday, November 2, 2015.

Firms and sole practitioners who maintain trust accounts are reminded to submit Form 5.06A, the Members’ Annual Trust Account Report, covering the period from October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015.

For those firms and sole practitioners who have already filed Form 5.06A, the Members’ Annual Trust Account Report, please disregard this reminder.

For those Practising Insured members who do not maintain trust accounts, Form 5.06B – Non-Trust Declaration, will be sent out to you in December.
