If you are aware of any issues, such as a possible error in the provision of professional services or if you have received allegations (even if unfounded), please complete the Reporting Form and submit it to Janice Ringrose, Insurance & Risk Manager, at insurance@lawsociety.nf.ca.

Timely reporting ensures that the Lawyers’ Insurance Programme is put on notice within the current policy year. This step is crucial to preserving your coverage under the existing policy.
