The Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015 (ATIPPA) Statutory Review Committee 2025 invites you to provide submissions as part of its comprehensive review of the provisions and operation of the ATIPPA.

Submissions should align, where possible, with the headings set out in the Committee’s Terms of Reference.

The Committee will also be holding public hearings in St. John’s in October and November 2026, with virtual participation available. Those wishing to participate in a public hearing without providing a written submission are asked to provide a summary of the topics they wish to address by 9 October 2026.
