The Law Commission of Canada: Call for Papers – Charity and Law in Canada
The Law Commission of Canada is pleased to announce the Call for Papers for Part I of its Charity and Law project.
The Commission is inviting submissions that explore the concept and work of charity and charities in Canada. Specifically, they are seeking commitments to contribute Papers on the following topics: charity within Canada’s legal traditions; the significance and scope of charities in Canada; and Canada’s legal framework for charity and charities. The Call for Papers will also be available on the LCC website in the coming days.
Potential authors must submit their paper proposals for consideration by 16 September 2024. Authors whose papers are completed and submitted will receive $10,000 CAD.
