Your Feedback is Important: Court Challenges Program Survey

Deadline: June 2, 2025

The Court Challenges Program (CCP), which provides money to people and community organizations to pursue court cases on human rights and official language rights issues, needs the widest possible response to our survey in order to effectively plan for the future. As a result, we have extended the deadline for participation to Monday, June 2nd.

We’re interested in learning about your knowledge of the CCP and what you think of it, whether positive or negative, and whether you feel that you have access to our services. You may have been asked to respond to a survey about the CCP a couple of years ago, but this one is different, with new questions. Your input will help the CCP evolve so that it can help even more people pursue constitutional human rights claims. Together, let’s imagine the future of the Program!

The survey is completely anonymous. Hosted online by our partner, Circum, your responses will be sent directly to them, but neither the CCP nor Circum will be able to link your responses to you or your organization. So please express yourself freely and in as much detail as you want.

We know that your time is precious, so we have made this as quick and easy as possible (it should take no more than 15 minutes to complete), and we would greatly appreciate it if you could complete the survey by Monday, June 2nd, 2025. And you can do the survey in either French or English, whichever you prefer.
