Please be advised that Service Canada has re-opened the online biometrics scheduling tool as of November 30, 2020 and will no longer be calling clients to schedule appointments. The appointment system is now live and IRCC’s website has been updated to reflect this change. Attached is the push notification that representatives may have received.

Please note that representatives will only receive one message even if they have multiple clients. Representatives are advised to forward the notification to all affected clients. Please keep in mind that there is a limit of ten appointments per application number.
