Update – Public Prosecutions Division

The Public Prosecutions Division, Department of Justice and Public Safety advises that Crown Attorneys are actively reviewing prosecution matters and communicating with defence counsel to identify matters that can reasonably be expected to proceed in a virtual “courtroom”. The Public Prosecutions Division also invites all counsel and accused persons to contact Public Prosecutions with respect.
